District Print Center
The district has merged its printing service with Naperville Unit District 203. As a result, there are some changes, including additional options, prices reflecting the higher cost of paper, and an online ordering system.
To order online, you will need to register on the website and will be eligible to order 24 hours later.
Whether you order online or using a hard-copy form, please use "Brookdale PTA" as the account number.

Tax-Exempt Form
Present the form when buying items on behalf of the PTA as evidence of our tax-exempt status. The PTA cannot reimburse you for sales tax you pay on your PTA purchases.
PTA Reimbursement Form
Submit this form for reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of the PTA. Form should be submitted to the Treasurer via his mailbox. Contact Treasurer Beth Siwicki with questions.
